We will then perform a customer orientation session to explain the system components and system operations.   1. Recommend the most cost efficient (the closer to your electrical and gas service) location for the placement of the generator.

  2. Design a complete plan for the generator system. The system is comprised of the generator, automatic transfer switch, generator mounting pad, the electrical wiring, and the plumbing to the gas source.

  3. Obtain required permits.

  4. Install correct mounting pad for the selected generator.

  5. Set generator on mounting pad.

  6. Mount automatic transfer switch.

  7. Connect wiring from generator to automatic transfer switch and your electrical service.

  8. Connect gas piping from generator to your gas service.

  9. Start-up generator, test fuel pressure, test and adjust generator voltage and frequency.

  10. Provide customer orientation and answer any questions about generator operation and usage, explain warranty coverage and limitations, explain optional service maintenance plan.
